Using Endquote
Endquote is a desktop dictation app for macOS and Windows. You are responsible for the text you create with Endquote and for checking it before sending, publishing, or relying on it.
Accounts and subscriptions
Some features may require an account or paid subscription. Prices, plan limits, and included features are shown on the website or in the app at the time you subscribe. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Do not use Endquote to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, abuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or provide unauthorized access to the app or service.
Generated and polished text
Endquote can automatically clean up transcripts for punctuation, formatting, structure, and tone. Automated output can be wrong or incomplete, so you should review important text before using it.
Updates and availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves. We aim to keep Endquote reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work in every third-party app or text field.
Intellectual property
Endquote, the website, app, design, trademarks, and related materials belong to Endquote or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you dictate or create with the app.
Warranty disclaimer
Endquote is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endquote will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to make it visible. Continuing to use Endquote after an update means you accept the updated terms.
